Day 110!

Today, after ages, I did Interval training of 4 kms! It was such an amazing feeling. I should do it more often now! Ran into running buddies on my way to the gym, went for chai and idli adda with them but then did not skip my gym!

Day 110!

6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix

6.40-7.10 am: Interval training (4 kms)

7.45 am: 2 idlis, chutney, medium tea 

8 - 8.40 am: Gym ( upper body)

8.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate

9.45 am: Beetroot, amla, carrot and tomato juice + 4 badam

11.30 am: Black coffee (Too sleepy despite sleeping for 8 hours last night)

1.45 pm: 2 makkai roti, sarson saag, small slice birthday cake

4.15 PM: 2 boiled eggs

6.45 pm: Snacks as ordered in office

2 litres of water, 13000 steps and off to bed by 9!
