Got up all excited as we were to celebrate Christmas on the ground with games and gifts and much more! Reached ground on time and an hour of fun, frolic and pure bliss! Fun-filled Christmas morning- how better could a day start!
Day 118!
5.30 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kola
6-7 am: 1 km run + Games
7.30-8.30 am: Gym (cardio)
8.30 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.30 am: Tea + 2 suhali
10.30 am: 2 moong dal chilla + green chutmey
12.45 pm: Gond ladoo
3 pm: Sarson saag, makki roti+ tempeh (for protein)
5.45 pm: Tea
8 pm: 3 puchkas, a bite of ice cream (during the Christmas carnival)
10 pm: Sauteed paneer+ Tomato soup
11 pm: Gond ladoo
Spent the evening at the Christmas carnival and it was quite tiring but the kids had a good time! I refrained myself and avoided the junk as much as I could! I am trying!
Tired me, tired legs!
