Day 97!
6 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
6.40-7 am: 2.62 kms run
7.30 am: 1 malai toast, tea (Chai adda at Gupta)
8-8.40 am: Gym (plyometrics)
9 am: 1 scoop whey isolate + 4 badam
10.30 am: 2 sattu paratha, mirchi achar, tea
12 noon: 1/2 glass sattu
2 pm: Little dal, chawal, aloo sabji
3.30 pm: Black coffee
6.30 pm: Papaya, sauteed paneer
9.30 pm: Rice, dal palak & bhindi
Walked for around 20-25 minutes post dinner and then off to sleep!
