It's strange that after such regular runs and a regular workout and some check on my diet, I put on 3 kgs! I really need to visit my doctor to check for any hormonal issues!

Day 95!
5.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
6.40-7.15 am: 4 km run
7.30-7.50 am: Gym (stretching)
8 am: A scoop of whey isolate + 4 badam
9 am: Tea
9.45 am: Overnight soaked oats with apple, mixed seeds, nuts, desiccated coconut, peanut butter, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, honey and milk
11.45 am: Pear and orange
1.45 pm: 3 phulka, ghugni
3.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7.30 pm: Rice, baigan bharta, ghugni, papad
Wound up the work quickly and went off to bed by 9.30 pm!
