Got up with an intention to run and then gym but later called it a 'Rest day'.
Day 99!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
7.30 am: Paw bhaji + Maggi (with buddies)
9.30 am: Tea
11.30 am: Apple
1.30 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed vegetable
3.30 pm: 1 boiled egg
5.30 pm: Roasted millets
7.30 pm: 1 tawa puri, moth, papdi & cream biscuits (on impulse)
13k steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed early!
