Day 120!
5.45 am: A glass of water+ 1 Kothali kola
6-7 am: 1 km run+ 1 hour on-ground training
7.30-8.05 am: Gym (Recovery)
8.15 am: A scoop of whey isolate
8.45 am: 1/2 cup tea
10.15 am: 2 gobi paratha+green chutney+ tea
1.30 pm: Kachori sabji (home made)
5.30 pm: Tempeh + tea
8.30 pm: Prasad at satsang
14000 steps, 2-5 litres of water and off to bed by 10.30 pm!
