Today being a Saturday, joined the clan on time, ran 2.5 kms and did some cool-down. Tomorrow being the BIG DAY, one is not suppose to tire the body today and just open the legs a bit!
Day 113!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 badam
6-7 am: Run and cool down
7.30 am: Tea
7.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.16 am: Beetroot, amla, carrot juice
9.45 am: Poha
11.30 am: Whey protein at the expo with 2 bites of protein bar
2.30 pm: Sauteed veggies with tempeh, chola, 1/4 roti
5.30 am: Tea & sweet potato tikki
7.15 am: Khitchdi
Off to bed by 8 pm! Need to be up by 3.30 am tomorrow morning!
