Day 102!
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 badam
8 am: Paw bhaji + 1 malai toast
9.15 am: Tea
11.30 am: Apple
1 pm: Biscuits (someone just made me have it and I could not say no)
2.15 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed vegetable
4.15 pm: Sauteed paneer
8.30 pm: Rice, red chana, dark chocolate
Completed 10k steps, drank 2-2.5 litres of water and went to bed by 9.30 pm!
