Day 96!

The soreness , though reduced is still there. Its largely the knees which seem to have frozen. I guess good diet and time will gradually ease it.

Day 96!

6 am: 1 glass lukewarm water with 4 powder mix, 4 badam

6.30-7 am: Ground training (Strength training)

7.30-8.30 am: Upper body (Gym)

8.30 am: 1 scoop whey isolate + 1 kothali kela

9.30 am: Tea + 1 small onion paratha (Paratha was a mere temptation in the cold weather)

11.45 am: Overnight soaked oats with apple, chia seeds, nuts, mixed seeds, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, honey and milk

2.15 pm: 2 tiny phulkas, green moong dal

4.15 pm: Papaya & orange

4.45 pm: Samosas (Trust me, I had no guilt while eating them! They were so yummy!)

7.15 pm: Sauteed paneer + 1 imarti (Mom had got it for me!).

9 pm: 1/2 phulka, green dal, chakli

Quite a few cheat meals today I know! Will keep it cleaner the rest of the week!

10k+ steps, 2.5 litres of water!
