6.45 am: A glass of water+1 banana
6.50-7.20 am: 4 km run
7.35- 8.45 am: Gym (Upper body)
9 am: A scoop of whey isolate
10.30 am: Prasad for babaji shrad
1.30 pm: Slice of birthday cake
3.30 pm: 2 ragi roti, cabbage matar
5.30 pm: Paneer tikka & 1 mini gulab jamun+papaya
9 pm: 2 kachpri, aloo sabji, vegetable pulao, tempeh+ gajar halwa
A sweet heavy day! Will make up for it! This is the New year week! Thora mitha to banta hai!
14,500 steps, 2.5-3 litres of water and off to bed by 10.15 pm!
