Got up with a plan to go for my run but then re-thought and called it a 'Rest Day'. I have been taking off very less and realized my body is getting fatigued with over exercising/ no rest. So, I decided to called December 31st a relaxing day and start again from January 1!
Day 124!
6.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
8.15 am: Tea + sauteed paneer
8.45 am: Pawbhaji (without potatoes)
12.45 pm: 2 ragi root, carrot matar sabji
2.30 pm: Tea +Pastries + Joynagarer khowa (had to end the year with them)
7.30 pm: Sauteed paneer
8.30 pm: Puchka, aloo chat
10 pm: Chilli garlic nooldes, Chilli paneer, kulfi
Ended the year with good food, good memories and waiting to welcome the new year with bigger smiles and brighter memories!
