Good night's sleep and ready for the grill!
Day 112!
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix +1 kothali kela
6.55--7.20 am: 3 km run
7.20-8 am: Gym (Upper body)
8 am: A bhar of tea
8.30 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.30 am: Beetroot, amla, carrot & ginger juice + 4 badam
11.30 am: Black coffee (Too drowsy despite a good night's sleep)
1 pm: 2 beetroot roti, bhaji, cucumber
3.45 pm: Moth
5.30 pm: Sauteed paneer
7.30 pm: Sauteed veggies with tempeh + Sweet potato tikki
2 litres of water, 13000 steps!
