So, it was an amazing 11+km run today making it 2 consecutive 10+ kms back to back! So now my taper week starts from tomorrow for me to I hit the 25 km mark on Sunday! Need to eat well, hydrate well, exercise and run less and take lots of rest! I don't know how much of this is possible but will try my best!
Day 108!
Weight 74.4 kgs
6.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
6.35-8.05 am: 11.26 km run
8.20-8.40 am: Gym (just stretched and cooled down my legs)
8.45 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.45 am: Tea
10.15 am: Healthy chocolate mousse made from oats, banana, dates, peanut butter, chia seeds, cocoa powder and milk!
1.30 pm: 3 thin phulkas, chana dal, aloo pyaz, cucumber
2.45 pm: Black coffee (simply too drowsy)
4.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7.30 pm: Rice and gobi sabji
2-2.5 litres of water, around 21.5k steps and off to bed early!
Had to tie my leg and sleep due to sever ache because of consecutive 2 days of running long distance! However, that was the plan- to run again on tired legs!
