Day 104!

Had a grueling 3 day week with the Board members visiting Kolkata. So, it was all about presentations, meetings and lot of talking! Today is no exception with a meeting at the British High Commissioner followed by a networking dinner. I am as excited as I was the last 3 days! This is what keeps one going - some grill, some serious talks, some acknowledgement, good opportunities and off course some fun!

Day 104!

6.16 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 badam

6.30-7 am: On ground TABATA- a full body high intensity workout! It was amazing!

7. 30 am: Chai adda with running buddies (cheated with 2 milk bikis)

7.45-8.45 am: Gym (Mobility training)

9 am: A scoop of whey protein

9.45 am: Tea

10.30 am: Overnight soaked oats with mixed seeds, chia, mixed nuts, banana, peanut butter, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, honey and milk

11 am: 1 piece club kachori, sabji (brought by a a colleague)

2 pm: 3 small ragi rotis, soyabean sabji

6 pm: Tea & a cookie

7 pm: Some starters and juices at the conference party

10 pm: Tomato soup, Vegetable pulao & green chutney

Super tired, long day and late to bed!
