I have been feeling very unwell since last couple of days. Got up feeling very unwell but pushed myself and managed a 3 km run with an hour of 'leg day' at the gym. I am glad I trained!
Day 202!
6.40-7.05 am: 3 km run
7.10-8.10 am: Leg day (gym)
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 3 badam
9.30 am: 1 puri, 2 poon aloo, tea
12.30 noon: Dry fruit ladoo
1.30 pm: Fried rice+Chilli paneer
3 pm: Black coffee
7.30 pm: Bati, dal, lehsun chutney, sweets
23000 steps, 2 litres of water and little late to bed!
