Planned recovery and hence skipped running and went for a 7 km walk, followed by 55 minutes of upper body at the gym!
Day 218!
6 am: 1 date
6.15-7.30 am: 7 km walk
7.40-8.35 am: Upper body (gym)
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 spoon curd, flax seed, 1 kothali kela
9.45 am: Tea
12.45 pm; Rice, green moong dal, aloo barbatti
1 pm: Slice of birthday cake
4.30 pm: Black coffee
6.45 pm: Double egg roll
17000 steps, 2 litres of water and a little late to bed!
