Day 206!

Got up very early despite school being closed and so planned an early run. Ran for 4.5 kms and had to rush back home as Bunny had fallen from the bed. Gym missed but I guess a good thing given my health.

Day 206!

5.30 am: 1 date

5.45-6.25: 4.5 km run

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, chia and flax seed, curd + Tea

11.15 am: Moth

2.15 pm: Rice, dal makhani and paneer

4.14 pm: Mithai

7 am:2 sips of tea (because of the cold)

8 am: 2 sips of tea+muri

12,800 steps, 2 litres of water and late to bed!
