An active day with 2.64 km of run at a good pace, 45-50 minutes of on ground training and then an hour of gym!
Day 196!
5.45-7 am: 2.64 run + on-ground training
7.15-8.15 am: Gym (core)
8.30 am: 1 kothali kela
11.30 am: Kachori sabji, little jalebi, 1 slice malai toast+tea
3 pm: 2 wholewheat cookies
6 am: Tea+ Muri bhujia (very little)
9 am: 1/2 phulka, mixed veg+1/2 bowl rawa
A cheat day through and through with very little protein!
8500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
