Day 194!

Missed the Hanuman Jayanti celebrations at the clan but joined the training later. 20 minutes of workout followed by 50 minutes of muscle endurance training at the gym later- a moderate activity day!

Day 194!

6.35-6.55 am: On ground training

7.15 am: Tea

7.40-8.30 am: Muscle endurance training (gym)

9.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 spoon curd, 1 kothali kela, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 4-5 black raisins + tea

12.45 pm: Rice, green moong dal, gobi sabji

3.30 pm: Max protein 7 grain snack with 10gm protein

7 pm: 100 gm sauteed paneer

11 pm: Chana dal rice+ 2 spoon aloo sabji

12000 steps, 2 litres of water and little late to bed!
