Day 209!

I had been dragging myself every single day and thought of taking it light today. So, went for 30 minute on ground training session and skipped the gym for the day! Had a chai adda sessions with running mates and simply relaxed!

Day 209!

6.15-6.30 am: Coconut water+Date

6.30-7 am: On ground training

7.30 am: Tea

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, chia and flax seed and 1 kothali kela

11.30 am: 2 sattu paratha, aloo sabji, tea

4 pm: Rice. lobia, tomato, mirchi achar, 1/2 papad

6 pm; Tea + 2 suhali

8.30 pm: 1/2 phulka, dal, bhindi, beans

2 litres of water, less walk and off to be don time!
