Day 207!

A fresh morning with better energy levels. Went for 30 minutes of strength training on the ground followed by an hour of leg day at the gym! Good workout, awesome satisfaction!

Day 207!

6.15-6.30 am: Coconut water+ date

6.30-7 am: Strength training (ground)

7.40-8.40 am: 'Leg day' at the gym

9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, chia and flax seed, 1 kothali kela, 5 badam

9.45 am: Tea (1/2  up)

11.45 am: 1 suji chilla

1.30 pm: Rice+rajma

4 pm: Sauteed paneer

8.30 PM: A bowl of chana dal + lauki sabji

10,700 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
