Day 193!

Super humid day but managed a 4 km run followed by a 50 minutes SBD training! Sweaty but happy!

Day 193!

6.40-7.10 am: 4 km run

7.20-8.10 am: SBD (Gym)

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 spoon curd, 1 scoop plant protein, 4-5 black raisins, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 1 kothali kela, 5 badam

9.15 am: Tea

12.45 pm: Rice, green moong dal, bhindi+1 thin slice mini cake

2.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs

6 pm: 1 idli, chutney, sambhar

9 pm: Poornima prasad  of atta, ghee and sugar mix and a glass of haldi milk

11,000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to be don time!
