Beautiful morning after the rain and an amazing 5 km run! Thoroughly enjoyed every km and felt truly rejuvenated after the run!
Day 200!
6.45-7.30 am: 5 km run
7.40-8.10 am: 30 minutes of recovery +rollers
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 1 scoop plant protein, 4-5 black raisins and 1 kothali kela
10 am: Tea
11.45 am: Poha + tea
2.30 pm: Rice, chole, rosogolla+moong dal halwa
5.30 pm: Tea
7-9 pm: Ved's birthday party
It was a wish come true to be able to attend Ved's birthday and what an evening it was. Running behind the little one, enjoying every little cute moment with him - it was truly endearing! Wishing for many more such evenings to come!
1.5 litres of water, 13,300 steps and little late to bed!
