Day 216!

It was Bunny's last school and despite being a Saturday, i recahed ground late after dropping her at bus stop. So, 30 minutes of yoga followed by a birthday treat!

Day 216!

6.30-7 am: On ground yoga

7.30 am: 2 idli, sabar, chutney

8-8.30 am: Recovery (gym)

10 am: Kachori, sabji, a bite of jalebi, tea

3 pm: Rice, yellow moong dal, toru sabji, dahi, salad

5.30 pm: Tea

7.30 pm: Lassi, 1 biscuit

9.30 pm: Rice, aloo matar, aloo gobi

8,100 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
