Day 203!

Saturday began with a 2.5 km run and an hour of ground training followed by an hour of Muscle endurance at the gym! A good start to the day!

Day 203!

8.30 am: 26gm protein oats

11.45 am: Vegetable sandwich,+ tea

2.30 pm: Dal, chawal, aloo bharta

4 pm: Tea+ 2 suhali

7.30 am: Tea

9 pm: 2 roti, pakodi kadhi and aloo sabji

Lots of chit chat at my aunt's place and off to bed on time!
