Day 211!

I had been continuously training and was suggested to take a day off to rest my muscles and so called it a 'Rest Day'.

Day 210!

6.15-6.30 am: Coconut water + 1 date

8.30 am: 1 uttapam, chutney+ tea

12.45 pm: Rice, arhar dal, patta gobi + 2 cheese biscuits

3.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs

8.30 pm: Rice, dal, gobi sabji

13,500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
