Day 214!

A good 30 minute workout on the ground followed by an hour long 'leg day' at the gym! Legs were crying but heart was full!

Day 214!

6.15-6.30 am: Coconut water + date

6.30-7 am: On ground strength training

7.20-8.20 am: Leg day (gym)

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, a spoon of curd, chia and flax seed, 1 kothali kela, badam

9.30 am: Tea

11.30 am: Guava

1.45 pm: Rice, ghugni, tomato

4 pm: Sauteed paneer+ cashews

5.45 pm: 1/2 cup tea

9.45 pm: 2 phulka, moth, little bhindi, 1 bowl ghugni+sweet

15,600 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
