Kolkata has been experiencing the most amazing weather and a run in this weather is any runner's dream! Unplanned 5 km run but extremely refreshing! 50 minutes of gym post that and energized to the core!
Day 201!
6.50-7.30 am: 5 km run
7.40-8.30 am: SBD (gym)
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 1 scoop plant protein, 4-5 black raisins, 5 badam, 1 kothali kela
9.30 am: Tea
2.45 pm: rice, green moong dal, aloo gobi, matar sabji
5 pm: Black coffee and 2 oats & almonds cookies
9 pm: 2 phulka, lauki sabji, sauteed paneer, dal
21000 steps, 1.5 litre of water and off to bed early!
