A quick 3 km run (reduced mileage due to the monthly cycle) and went ahead with upper body in the gym!
Day 198!
6.30-7 am: 3 km run
7.05-8.05 am: Upper body (gym)
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 spoon curd, 1 scoop plant protein, 4-5 black raisins, pumpkin, chia and flax seed, 5 badam, 1 kothali kela
9.15 am: Tea
1.15 pm: Rice, soyabean sabji, toru sabji
4.15 pm: Black coffee
5.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs
8 pm: 2 phulkas, little biryani, 1 spoon aloo, 1 spoon dal, salad
13000+ steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
