Got up fresh - thanks to the rest day! Went for a 20 minute on-ground 'legs' workout followed by 55 minutes of 'Upper body' at the gym! Felt better, worked out better!
Day 212!
6.15-6.30 am: Coconut water + Date
6.30-6.50 am: On ground training
7.15 am: Tea + 1 bite prasad
8 am-8.55 am: 'upper body' (gym)
9.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, 1 scoop plant protein, chia and flax seeds, 1 spoon curd
11.15 am: Moth
1.15 pm: Rice + Soyabean curry
4.30 pm: Sauteed paneer
7.15 pm: Rice, chole, ninua
10200 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed early!
