Day 197!

11 kms run and what a humid weather! Managed to finish it though drained completely!

Day 197!

5.30 am: 1 date

5.40-7.15 am: 11 km run

9 am: Yogabar high protein oats

11 am: 1 vegetable suji chilla+green chutney+1/4 cup tea

1.15 pm: 1 small apple

3.30 pm: tea+chana chat

5.30 pm: Tea+2 papdi, 1/2 sandesh

7.45 pm: 1 kulcha, paneer+monte karlo cake

23,300 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
