Day 199!

 Peak period time and planed to take it easy. A 15 minute on-ground training and a 15 minute walk and that was it!

Day 199!

6.15-6.30 am: A date and coconut water

6.35-6.55 am: On ground tarining

7.am: Tea

7.30-7.45 am: Walk

8.30 am: 2 suji chilla, green chutney+tea

12.45 pm: 2 phulkas, pattagobi, dahi

2.30 pm: Biscuit & chocolate

5 pm: South indian

8 pm: Tea, french fries

10000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed early!
