Day 210!

It was the day of Hyrox style LSom and left home at 4.30 am to participate in the event. Crazily humid but attempt to karna hi tha. I had signed up for Beginners but ended up completing Intermediate! So much fun! Waiting for more such events!

Day 210!

4.30 am: 1 date

5-6.30 am: 10.5 km run + 8 functional workouts

6.30 am: 1 banana, 2 idli, sambar chutney_ some sprouts

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, chia and flax seed

9 am: Tea

12 noon: 1 vegetable sandwich+tea

3 pm: Rice, paneer, aloo parwal sabji +mithai

6.30 pm: Tea

9 pm: 2 phulka, rice, aloo beans, aloo dum

20000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
