It was Bunny's holiday and so I hit the ground. 2.18 km run followed by an hour of drills with equipment. Given my health, I decided to skip gym.
Day 205!
5.30 am: 1 date
5.45-7 am: On ground training with run
7.45 am: Mini tea+ 2 bites samosa
9.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, 1 kothali kela, chia and pumpkin seeds, curd
12.45 pm: 2 phulkas, gobi sabji, paneer sabji
4.15 pm: black coffee+ 20 gm protein Yogabar
8 pm: Pot party
11,200 steps,1.5 litres of water and off to bed early!
