Day 273!

It was a 'no run' day and after dropping Bunny, I hit the ground and di 30 minutes of  HIIT+ Strength training, Then hit the gym and did 1 hour of leg strength! Good workout, happy me!

Day 273!

6.30-7 am: HIIT+ Strength on ground

7.20-8.25 am:  Leg day (gym)

8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop of plant protein, black raisins, kothali kela,, mixed seeds

9.30 am: Tea

11.15 am: Poha

2.30 pm: Coffee

3.30 pm: Rice, chola, gobi aloo

8.45 pm: 2 phulkas, kali dal, 100 gm sauteed paneer, little mango cake

10000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
