Day 274!

It was a rainy morning but managed a 6 km interval with 3 k  of warm up and cool down. Hit the gym and did core strength training. Feeling stronger!

Day 274!

6.35-7.20 am: 6 km interval run

7.30-8.20 am: Core strength training (gym)

9.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop of plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, mixed seeds

10.45 am: Black tea

1.30 pm: Rice, green moong dal, cabbage

4 pm: Tea

4.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs

7 pm: Guava

7.30 pm: Tea, 1 pao, 1 slice dry cake

16000 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
