6.15 am: Date
6.40-7.25 am: 6 km interval run
7.35-8.30 am: Cardio + core (Gym)
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, mixed seeds
9.30 am: Tea
11.15 am: 1 dal paratha+1 green tea
1.15 pm: Rice, green moong dal, toru sabji
3.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs + coffee
7.30 pm: 1 samosa, 1 bowl green moong dal, little aloo gobi
10 pm: 2 slice mango
15,700 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed little late
