Refreshed after a good night's sleep and ran a good 6 easy kms followed by 50 minutes of lower body hypertrophy! A superb workout day! Hope the diet is under control, too!
Day 283!
6.15 am: Date
6.40-7.30 am: 6 km run
7.40-8.30 am: Lower body hypertrophy
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, mixed seeds, curd
9.30 am: Tea
11.30 am: 2 idli, chutney
2 pm: Rice, mixed dal, parwal sabji
4 pm: Black tea + 2 coconut cookies
5.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7.30 pm: Cold coffee
8.45 pm: 1/2 bowl urad dal, 1/2 bowl paneer sabji, some bhindi sabji
15,000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
