Rained through the time and I could not go for my planned 6 km easy run. Instead, I ran 3 km on the treadmill rather than missing it completely. Followed it by 55 minutes of lower body hypertrophy! Excellent workout, happy me!
Day 276!
6.35-7 am: 3 km run (treadmill)
7-7.55 am: Lower body hypertrophy (Gym)
8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, mixed seeds, 1 kothali kela
9 am: Tea
11.15 am: 2 vegetable suji chilla
1.15 pm: Rice, yellow moong dal, laal saag
3.45 pm: Coffee+ coconut cookie
4.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs
11 pm: 1 bowl daal
10000 steps, 2 litres of water, very late to bed!
