Day 275!

Ground training got cancelled due to rain and so I decided to run for 3 kms! Then I hit the gym and did 70 minutes of upper body hypertrophy! Greta workout, happy me!

Day 275!

6.15 am: Date

6.35-7 am: 3 km run

7.10-8.20 am: Upper body hypertrophy (gym)

8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, mixed seeds

9.15 am: Tea

1 pm: Rice, soyabean matar, lauki sabji

4 pm: Chana zor + peanut chikki

7.30 pm: Rice, green moong dal, lal saag+1 slice dry cake

12,700 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
