6.35-6.50 am: Strength training (on the ground)
7.05-8.20 am: Upper body (gym)
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop of plant protein, black raisins, curd, mixed seeds, 1 kothali kela
9.15 am: Tea+ 1 suhali
11.15 am: 100 gm sauteed paneer + green tea
1.15 pm: Rice, ghugni, parwal
3.45 pm: Tea, peanuts, 2 coconut chunkies
7 pm: Tea, 2 biscuits, fruits
9.15 pm: Rice, ghugni, mixed veg, 1 puran poli, chamcham
11,500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
