Day 277!

As it was Bunny's school, I could attend the ground training for 30 minutes but enjoyed the strength training. Then hit the gym and did activation and recovery for 35 minutes. All in all, a light day!

Day 277!

6.30-7 am: Strength training on the ground

7.20-7.55 am: Activation and recovery (gym)

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, mixed seeds, curd, kothali kela

12 noon: Poha+tea

2.30 pm: Rice, lobia, soyabean, + 1 bite cake by Bunny

6 pm: Tea

8.15 pm: Rice, lala saag, lobia, bhindi

8000 steps, 2 ltres of water and off to bed on time!
