A good morning with 6 km of interval training followed by 38 minutes of mobility at the gym! Excellent workout and a happy me!
Day 269!
6.35-7.20 am: 6 km interval
7.35-8.15 am: Mobility at the gym
8.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd,1 kothali kela, mixed seeds
9.15 am: Tea
12.45 pm: Rice, ghugni, mixed seeds, slice of cake
3.45 pm: Pre mix tea
4.30 pm: Paneer puff+ 1 coconut sweet puff
5.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs
9 pm: Ghugni, 1 paw bread
16000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed late!
