Joined the training on ground and ran 2.5 km followed by 45 minutes of yoga and stretching! Had birthday celebrations post which hit the gym!
Day 270!
5.40-6.40 Run+ Yoga
7.30 am: 2 idli, sambhar, chutney, tea
8.40-9.47 am: Upper body hypertrophy
11.30 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 kothali kela, curd, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, mixed seeds
2.30 pm: 2 phulka, paneer bhurji, dal
6 pm: 1/2 dabbawala dosa, 1 aam guthli
7.30 pm: Black tea, peanuts
9.30 am: Rice, dal, beans, matar paneer, mango
11000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed late!
