Got up fresh and went for HIIT training followed by gym. Humid was lower and the workouts were good. Excellent start to the day!
Day 268!
6.15 am: 1 date
6.30-7 am: HIIT (Ground)
7.35-8.35 am: Lower body strength training (Gym)
9 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, 1 kothali kela, curd, mixed seeds, 2 badam
9.45 am: Tea
12.45 pm: Rice, mixed dal, gobi aloo sabji
2.15 pm: Pre mix tea
4.45 pm: Paneer pasinda with salad and kasundi chutney
9.30 pm: 1/2 phulka, 1.5 bowl mixed dal, 100 gm sauteed paneer, 2 slice mango
11000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
