Day 279!

Hardly slept through the night but got up and showed up for my 4 km easy run! The hit the gym and did lower body strength! 

Day 279!

6.35-7.05 am: 4 km run

7.15-8.10 am: 55 min of lower body strength

8.15 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, mixed seeds, kothali kela

9.15 am: Tea

11.15 am: 2 puran poli

1.15 pm: Rice, yellow moong dal, toru sabji

2.45 pm: 2 Malkist cheese biscuits+ black tea

4.30 pm: 2 boiled eggs

8 pm: Rice, yellow moong daal, parwal, 2 slice mango, mango cake, purnamasi prasad

13300 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
