A rainy day! Started with 20 minutes of strength training on the ground followed by 75 minutes of upper body hypertrophy at the gym!
Day 282!
6.15 am: Date
6.40-7 am: Strength training (ground)
7.10-8.25 am: Upper body hypertrophy (gym)
8.45 am: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, 1 scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, 1 kothali kela, mixed seeds
9.15 am: Tea
11 am: Vegetable Vermicelli upma
1.15 pm: Rice, soyabean curry, 1 slice cake
5 pm: Black TEA
8.45 pm: 2 phulkas, 1 bowl paneer sabji, 5 puchkas, 1chamcham
7500 steps, 1.5 litres of water and off to bed on time!
