Day 278!

 A long run day and a good one! 11 km run followed by post run treat! Satyanarayan path at home and some good vibes! All in all, a good day!

Day 278!

5 am: 2 dates

5.30-7 am: 11 km run

8 am: Snacks at Gupta

12 noon: Smoothie of 40 gm oats, a scoop plant protein, black raisins, curd, mixed seeds, kothali kela

2 pm: Tea

4 pm: Prasad

6 pm: Tea

8 pm: Peda, curd, mango

19000 steps, very disturbed sleep due to itching!
